Is Hibisca advancing my pending claims?
No. Hibisca provides a revolving credit line based on your clinic's overall claims track record — not an advance on specific pending claims. Your credit limit is calculated at up to 5× your average monthly claims volume, meaning you're accessing capital well beyond what's currently pending. You draw what you need, repay at your own pace, and your credit line replenishes as your balance clears.
Is this Shariah compliant?
Yes. Hibisca is Shariah certified and approved by SC-licensed Shariah advisers. Our credit facility structure is fully transparent and ethically compliant.
Do I need a credit check (CCRIS/CTOS)?
No. Your credit line is based on your clinic's claims track record with PMCare — not personal credit scores. We never run CCRIS or CTOS checks.
How fast can I get the funds?
Your credit line is typically approved within 24 hours of connecting your PMCare Mediline account. Once approved, you can draw funds instantly anytime.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Hibisca is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties or exit fees.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your claims data is read-only through the PMCare Mediline integration. We use bank-grade encryption and never share your data with third parties. Hibisca is a PMCare-approved partner.
What if an insurance claim is rejected?
Your credit line isn't tied to individual claims. It's based on your clinic's overall claims volume and track record. A single rejected claim doesn't affect your available capital. If your overall claims pattern changes significantly, we'll work with you to adjust your credit line accordingly.
How much does Hibisca cost?
Hibisca has two charges: a platform fee of RM299/month and a financing fee of 0.7% per month on the amount you actually draw — you only pay for what you use. No hidden fees, no setup charges, no exit penalties.
How is my credit limit calculated?
Your credit limit is set at up to 5× your average monthly claims volume with PMCare. As your claims volume grows, your limit can grow too. The assessment is based solely on your claims data — no personal collateral or bank statements required.
Which TPAs does Hibisca integrate with?
Hibisca currently integrates with PMCare (via Mediline), Compumed, and Red Alert.
